Position: Area Sales Manager
Locations : Bengaluru, Hubli, Hyderabad, Warangal, Vijayawada, Vizag,
Tirupathi (Seven Heads)
Experience: 8 - 10 years
Skills: Sales, FMCG Sales, preferably from Food and Beverage Industry
Primary Roles & Accountabilities: -
- Plan and guide the sales team in launching new products and markets by appointing the team members and setting up the whole distribution model for the assigned territory
- Deliver primary & secondary volume target by developing the market in the assigned territory
- To plan, monitor and evaluate sales and promotion of products across trade channels
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team on a regular basis in accordance with Organizations policies and guidelines
- Conduct periodic market and distributor visit and trouble shoot issues for effective distributor management
- Strong Leadership skills, experience in managing larger teams
- Towering strength in Sales Operation and a passion for Market Execution
- Strong Inter-personal skills to build strategic wiring with Distributors / Customers
- Excellent collaboration skills to effectively represent the needs of the territory
- Analytical skills - able to analyze data to optimize performance
- Natural inclination to build capability / Be the Head Coach for the unit team
- Knowledge of Local Language ie., Telugu, Kannada is a must
- The above position will internally interact with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Marketing and HR
- team for the relevant business requirements and externally he / she will be the spoc for the assigned territory
